Here they took Enoch to the fourth Heaven, where is the Course of the Sun and Moon®
XI. 1. And the men took me and conducted me to the fourth heaven, and showed me all * the comings and° goings forth and all the rays of the light of the sun and moon.

XI. 1. Fourth heaven. According
to the Rabbinic tradition Chagiga 12 the fourth heaven was called ?\A1 and it was said to contain the heavenly Jerusalem, the temple, the altar, and Michael who offered daily sacrifice. - And I measured! their goings, * and computed their light.
- And I saw that? the sun has a light * seven times? greater than the moon. *I beheld their circle, and their chariot 4 on which * each goes® like a wind * advancing with astonishing swiftness °, and *they have’ no rest day or night coming or going. 3. There are four great stars; each star has under it a thousand stars® at the right of the chariot of the sun ; and four at the left, *each having under it a thousand stars, altogether eight thousand ° 4. * Fifteen myriads of? angels go * out with the sun and attend him during the day, and by night one thousand®. Each angel has six wings. They go? before the chariot of the sun ™. 5. And a hundred angels‘ keep warm and light up the sun
